Welcome to Bread Agency. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bread Agency offers LinkedIn outreach automation, content production using AI tools, and related B2B lead generation services.
All services are delivered based on the specifications agreed in writing or via onboarding platforms (e.g., Notion).

We may use third-party software, including automation platforms, proxies, and APIs.
Bread Agency is not liable for any outages, restrictions, bans, or errors caused by these tools.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely access to relevant accounts

• Ensuring compliance with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service

• Reviewing and approving campaign content

All invoices are payable within 8 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a service pause.

We treat all client data, campaigns, and strategic information as confidential.

We handle client data in accordance with GDPR. Clients are responsible for ensuring legal basis for outreach and messaging.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are issued for periods already invoiced.

Bread Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of leads, platform restrictions, or account bans.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Copenhagen.
